It is very important to keep track of medicine and non-medicine items inventory, which stock is going to end, change of product price, and expire date of the products, costing of the pharmacy including daily costing, monthly costing including employee salary, electricity bill, shop rent, and others expenditure. Most of the pharmacy owner is doing this manually and they are facing many difficulties to do the entire process. Moreover it is not possible to prepare any report by weekly or half monthly in manual process, so based on the report it is not possible to take any decision.

What does this software help you to manage your pharmacy by category- working procedure:

Manage Inventory both for Medicine and Non-medicine, and sale, rarely return medicine

  1. When you purchase medicine, non-medicine you have to input into the system according to the challan from the supplier, with unit sale price, and purchase price with MFG and expiry date.
  2. This will impact on the stock in the system
  3. When you sell medicine and non-medicine (you can sell using the same sales form) then it will also reflect in the system stock.
  4. Based on Purchase and sale you will get the profit, stock update, etc. from the system in report menu
  5. To get net profit you have to input expenditure like: shop rent, electric bill, employee salary etc. and the system will provide you the net profit as within the date range like monthly or half yearly or yearly etc. there is also an option for custom date range

Above tasks you have do regularly and in time to get the bet output from the system.

Medicine, Non-medicine, company, Supplier, Customer, Display-self, Employee, Salary, expenditure:

  1. Adding Medicine to the software we need to input generic name, it is not necessary for non-medicine
  2. We have option to manage (Edit, delete) generic name as well
  3. There is option to medicine type like: Suppositories, Suspension, Injection, Syrup etc.
  4. Here we have also option manage (Edit, delete) medicine type
  5. Then we have to add all the products including medicine and non-medicine to the software (we have two different menu to do this separately)
  6. We have option to manage (Edit, delete) for medicine and non-medicine medicine
  7. For non-medicine there is option to add non-medicine type like: baby food, Toothpaste, Tissue, etc.
  8. We have also option manage (Edit, delete) the Non-medicine type
  9. We need to add Supplier and customer (if required)
  10. There is option to add representative information as well and it is in the software as well
  11. We can also manage (Edit, delete) representative as well
  12. Add Company in to the system
  13. There is also option to manage (edit, delete) company
  14. There is also an another option of display-self add and manage in the system as well
  15. There is an option to add employee, edit, delete employee,
  16. You can have option to pay salary through the system as well
  17. For Expenditure you could find out the Expenditure type add, edit, delete option
  18. Input the expenditure as per expenditure type in to the system as well.
  19. In settings you could define new role to the employee, what type of work s/he could perform using his/her credentials.
  20. In the system you as administrator delete user, add user and manage roles as per your need

Most of the above tasks you have to do once and update rarely in to the system except expenditure.

Reports:

Through this software following reports will be taken within few clicks:

Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and custom reports for

  1. Sales
  2. Purchase
  3. Expense
  4. Balance, etc.

And many more based requirement.
